ICAO 059 ATS SUPERVISOR
Prerequisites
- Demonstrate fluency in the English language to IELTS 5.5 or above in
order to satisfy the requirements of ICAO English language Level 4.
Synopsis
The ICAO 059 ATS Supervisor course is designed to prepare ATCOs for
the role of Operational Supervisor. The course will equip the participant
with the knowledge of human behaviour, leadership skills, performance
management and conflict resolution techniques essential to manage the
interaction with staff and create a healthy team environment.
Objective
At the end of the course, the participants will know the essential elements
for supervising staff in an operational environment.
Assessment
The course includes verbal questioning, role-playing scenarios and a
written test to check for understanding of the material.
