Saif Al-jabri

College Principle

With over 30 years of experience in air operations, surveillance and control. Group Captain Saif has served across multiple bases within the Royal Air Force of Oman as an Air traffic controller and professional trainer working on passing the essence of his knowledge to new officers in the field of operations, and as a trainer to staff.

During his tenure at the HQ Directorate of Training, he gained significant experiences in coordinating and assigning specialized courses both within the sultanate and internationally.

At OACC he aims to take the college to higher levels of excellence by leading the college to providing high-quality courses.

Abdulsalam Al-risi

Principal Assistant

With over 25 years of experience in Air operations, Air traffic control, and Fighter control, Wing Commander Abdulsalam Al-Risi is a seasoned aviation professional and leader.

Currently serving as Principal Assistant and approved by Civil Aviation Authority as Compliance Monitoring Manager (CMM) at OACC, he specializes in training excellences, operational standards, and organizational improvement.

His career spans key leadership and instructional roles across multiple air bases, with strong focus on safety, performance, and developing the next generation of aviation professionals.
